Movement
Our bodies and minds need daily movement: 20 minutes for a healthy brain; 150 minutes per week for healthy bodies.
Create opportunities throughout the day such as finding the farthest parking spot or taking the stairs.
Most importantly, make it enjoyable and do-able!
